Deduster
The DSD 450U Elevating Tablet Deduster looks great next to any tablet press and has the performance to match. This unit removes surface dust from tablets whilst elevating them to ensure that downstream processes work as efficiently as possible.
With adjustable inlet and outlet, the unit interfaces with the Tablet Press, metal checking or other devices. |

IFH (Impeller Feeding Hopper)
It supplies a fixed amount of powder to the force feeder (mechanical feeder) through the rotation of the impeller. This is especially beneficial for products with poor flow characteristics. |

Dust Collector
Dust is extracted from both the Tablet Press and Deduster through this device. This helps the machines to be kept tidy and clean.

Vacuum Transfer
This provides powder automatically to the main powder hopper of the Tablet Press by a vacuum effect . If the hopper is short of powder, a sensor activates the vacuum pump operation which in turn triggers the powder supply. |

Turret Change Table
Our Tablet Presses have inter-changeable turrets. The Turret Change Table ensures a safe, efficient working environment when moving or replacing turrets. |
